EGG NOODLES

TIME TAKEN TO COOK :EGG NOODLES is a very yummy and instant recipe which can be prepared in 10 mins.


INGREDIENTS :

noodles -1 pkt
Onion - 1/2 chopped 
Tomato - 1/2 chopped 
Carrot - 1/2 chopped
Beans - 3-4 chopped 
Egg - 1-2 scrambled 
Oil -to toss the      veggies .

 black pepper - 1/4 spoon 
Garam masala - 1/4 spoon












METHOD OF PREPARATION :

 take a pan add little oil and onion and tomato sauté it. 
 Add carrot and beans sauté it with little salt and taste maker which comes along with noodles and let the     veggies on low heat.. 
 In a sauce pan boil 2 cups of water and cook the noodles till it is 3/4th done and drain it. 
 Now toss the noodles with the masala mixture above. Toss scrambled egg until everything gets a coat. 
 Sprinkle the black pepper and serve hot with ketchup.

ONION RINGS

TIME TAKE TO COOK : Onion rings are tasty snacks which can easily be cooked and would be loved even by children.They can make a pleasant time when it's raining or if it's very cold outside.time taken is just 15 MINS.

INGREDIENTS :
ONION: 1
BUTTER MILK :2/3 CUP
OIL :for deep fry

DRY BATTER :
MAIDHA : 1 cup
BAKING POWDER : 1tspn
SALT : to taste


METHOD OF PREPARATION :
First peel the onion,slice into 1/4th inch thick pieces and separate the rings,now soak the rings for 30 MINS in butter milk.Take a plate and mix all the dry batter ,take  boil with oil poured in it which is enough for deep fry ,let it get heated .Now take few onion rings from the butter milk put them in the batter and drop it in to the oil .Let them turn in to golden brown color and now you can remove and put them on the paper napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed by it. The rings are ready to serve,You can now taste them with tomato ketchup.


EGG PULAO

TIME TAKEN TO COOK  :EGG PULAO is a very easy recipe .Makes u'r day delicious with in 15 mins.


INGREDIENTS :
 RICE :2 cups
EGGS : 2 or 3 
OIL :2 tbsps
GINGER GARLIC PASTE :1 1/2 tbspn 
GREEN CHILLIES : 5(splitted)
ONIONS (sliced) :1/4
GARAM MASALA :
SALT : to taste 
WATER :3 cups
CORIANDER : for garnish

METHOD OF PREPARATION : 

Take a bowl,heat the oil and splutter the garam masala.Saute the onions with ginger garlic paste,chillies and salt.Break the eggs and saute it along with the above mixture.Scramble the eggs until it's cooked and now add water.When the water starts boiling put the uncooked rice in to it and cook it on low flame.Garnish with coriander and serve after the rice get's cooked .

TOMATO DOSA

TIME TAKEN FOR PREPARATION : Tomato dosai is a variety and different tasting dish from that of a regular dosa .It would help you to make a quicker break fast in the morning and when you don't have a side dish.Tomato dosa takes 15 mins to get cooked.

INGREDIANTS : 

 TOMATOES :2
 COCONUT : 3 tbsps
 CHILLI POWDER : 2 tbsps
 CURRY LEAVES : 1 SPRING
 SALT :to taste
 DOSA BATTER : 5 cups
OIL : 3 TBSPNS

METHOD OF PREPARATION :



Take a bowl,heat oil in that now put the finely chopped tomatoes in to it and after they turn a bit mushy,take them in to a mixy and blend them along with the coconut.Take the batter in a bowl add the grinded puree in it also add chilli powder ,curry leaves,corriander and mix well.Take a pan make a dosa on it ,flip it on both the sides it turns to golden brown color .The crispy tomato dosa is ready now for being served.

FRUIT SALAD WITH CUSTARD(DESSERT)

TIME TAKEN FOR PREPARATION : fruit salad with custard is a dessert which can be served hot or chilled .chillness adds a very good taste to the salad.this can be done with in 10 MINS.

INGREDIANTS : 

MILK : 500 ML
SUGAR : 3/4th cup
CUSTARD POWDER(vanilla flavor) : 2 tbsp
FRUITS (apple,banana,orange,pine apple,cherries,grapes,pomagranate seeds) : 1 bowl
 tooti fruities : handful


METHOD OF PREPARATION :

Pour the milk in a bowl and boil it,add sugar at the time of boiling and check the sweetness.Now take a small glass or bowl put the custard powder in it add very little water and mix it well without it forming any lumps.Pour this into milk and stir the milk well until it gets thickend .Do this on a slow flame.Now put the bowl aside and after it gets to normal temperature keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. Now add the finely chopped pieces of fruits and tooty fruties  and serve them.



NOTE : fruits can be added into the prepared custard mix at the time of serving or before keeping the bowl in fridge.

SHEER KHURMA(SWEET)

TIME TAKEN TO COOK : sheer khurma is a special sweet made by muslim's on the day of ramzan , it is very delicious in taste and can be made by any 1 now.It takes just 15 MINS to be cooked .


INGREDIANTS :

SEVIYAN(thin) : 1 1/2 CUP
GHEE : 1 1/2 CUP
CARDAMOM(ELAICHI)POWDER : 1 TSPN
MILK : 2 LTS
DRY FRUITS (cashew.almonds,pistaa,dates(diseeded),charoli(sara pappu) : 1 CUP (make them into pieces)
SUGAR: 1 1/2 CUP

METHOD OF PREPARATION : 
Heat the ghee and fry sevian till it turns brown on a slow fire in a bowl,then remove it.Now fry all the dry fruits excluding pistas and dates keep them a side.Take a bowl ,pour milk in it and boil it till it reduces to 1 1/4 lits,now add sugar to the boiled milk allow sugar to dissolve fully.Add seviyan and dry fruits in it and stir well,add cardamom powder boil it on slow fire and now the sheer khurma is ready, serve it hot . It can also be served cold after keeping it in freezer for 1/2 an hour.

NOTE : The vermicelli you take must be as shown in the picture.

ALOO PUDINA (MINT) RICE

TIME TAKEN TO BE COOKED: Aloo pudina(mint) rice is a very healthy & delicious recipe which can be served as meal or tiffin . It just requires 15 mins to get cooked .
It helps you to make a good food when you have no vegetables at home and suddenly guests drop in 

INGREDIANTS:

RICE  : 1GLASS(uncooked)
POTATOES : 2(BIG)
ONIONS : 1(BIG)
PUDINA(MINT LEAVES) : 3 STEMS
GREEN CHILLIES : 4 
PEANUTS : FEW(OPTIONAL)
OIL : 3 TBSPNS
SALT : 2 SPOONS
LEMON JUICE :AS REQUIRED 

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
First  slice the onions ,cut d potatoes into small pieces ,finely grinde the pudina leaves and chillies. Now take a bowl add oil into it after it gets heated put onion slices fry until they turn brown ,now add potatoes into it after 3 seconds put the grinded pudina paste and also peanuts (optional),add salt  and fry them for 3 mins.Now add the uncooked rice into it and add 2 glasses of water.wait until the rice is cooked .If you prefer cooker as an option  wait for 3 whistles .Now the aloo pudina rice is ready .serve it hot with a lemon(optional). 

SIDE DISHES : curd,mixed vegetable curry.
