TOMATO PULIHORA

TIME TAKEN TO COOK : tomato pulihora is has a different taste compared to normal lemon rice ,this can be served as a break fast with in 15 mins.

INGREDIANTS:

RICE(COOKED): 1 GLASS
TOMATOES : 4(SMALL) / 3(BIG)
TURMERIC POWDER(PASUPU) : 2 TBSPNS
SALT : AS PER TASTE
TAMARIND(CHINTHAPANDU) :  LITTLE
GREEN CHILLIES : 2 (SLICED)
INDIAN SPICES : RAI(aavalu),JEERA(jelakarra), RED CHILLIES , HING(inguva),CURRY               LEAVES  (karvepaku)
GREEN GRAM(senaga pappu) & PEANUTS : 1/4th cup 
OIL:1/4 CUP(ALL SPICES NEED TO BE DEEP FRIED)

METHOD OF PREPARATION : Cut the tomatoes into pieces,put them in a bowl and boil them for 2 mins don't wait until the tomatoes are totally smashed ,they must be half boiled.Put green chillies and tamarind  paste in a bowl and boil for 3 mins. Now put the cooked rice in a bowl add turmeric powder and 2 spoons of oil  and mix it well.Take another bowl pour oil in to it after it gets heated ,add hing, greengram(senaga pappu) and peanuts allow them to get fried on slow fire after 3 mins add red chillies and curry leaves in it now pour all this ,tamarind paste and boiled tomatoes in to the rice bowl mix them well now serve it hot as it is ready now.
